All Day – Check in and settle in and be sure to come by to Site # 36 or 38 to pick up your Welcome Packet.
6:00 pm – Cheese and Crackers and “Meet and Greet” at the Pavilion followed by a sit by the fire pit in the common area and roast a marshmallow.
FRIDAY the 17th
6:30 am – Coffee at the Pavilion and a fire will be lit in the Common Area.
10:00 am –Sewer Hose Fling, next to campsite #49 (near the Pavilion). Compete for the Black glove, Yellow glove or Blue glove award by throwing the sewer hose the farthest.
1:00 pm – Cooking Demo by Kim & Dennis at the Rec Hall.
2;00 pm – RV Solar Install Crawl, visit 3 campers and see their custom solar installations and discuss ins and outs of do it yourself solar. Meet in front of the Rec Hall.
5:00 pm – Pot – Luck Supper at the Pavilion. We will start you off with a tender piece of chicken, hot off the grill and you can bring what-ever you want to share at the meal. Salads / Deserts / Chips / Veggies / Hot or Cold dishes. Bring your own plate and silverware. Raffle will be held after and tickets will be sold for a 50/50 drawing during the meal.
SATURDAY the 18th
6:30 am – Coffee at the Pavilion and a fire will be lit in the Common Area.
9:30 am – Shine and Show, Walk around and see other rigs. See others mods or, if invited in, you can go take a peek at other RVs or show yours off.
9:30 am – Swapfest, Have something RV related you no longer need? Bring it with you as you walk around the Shine and Show or set it on a table or rug at your rig. Free, swap or wampum. RV related only. No more than 3 or 4 items per site.
1:00 pm –Painting with Sandy. No experience needed. Learn to paint a picture in 1 fun lesson! At the Rec Hall.
6:30 pm – Open Chat and Forum, around the campfire (weather permitting). Then we can sit and sing by the fire. Bring an instrument if you have one.
SUNDAY the 19th
6:30 am – Coffeeat the Pavilion and a fire will be lit in the Common Area.
8:00 – 9:00 am – Breakfast at the Pavilion. Get together with your old and new rally friends one last time. Have breakfast (or not) of your choice prepared by KOA staff before packing up to hit the road. There is a charge for the KOA breakfast.
